Dear God,
I feel loved. Thank You for answering my prayers so instantly, on a daily basis. It is beyond words what a great blessing it is to be in Your hands, and this is a first – although I was under Your benevolent care all these colourful decades, I am yet experiencing Your promises for the first time.
Psalm 84:11
For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.
I am by no means, blameless. After all I am humanly flawed. But since I returned to You, I have found a peace that never existed in me. The wisdom that was already installed in me, has an added dimension now and I am gaining deeper trust as I decide to lean into You. Each day has just been steady with You. Please make my human flaws endearing and enduring too. Give me the handicap where my flaws are simply lovable. Meantime, I promise to work myself consistently towards Your godly ideal.
Proverbs 3:1-4
My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you peace and prosperity. Let love and faithfulness never leave you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will win favor and a good name in the sight of God and man.
I will weed out all forms of distractions and detractors who will pose a danger to my spiritual focus. Will that work? If I got rid off the shackles of false beliefs and ignorance, my vessel would be open to receive Your wisdom and blessings. That would be idealistic yet achievable with You.
Isaiah 58:11
The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
I acknowledge all the people You placed in my life to let me know that I am loved. Your amazing grace, the only way I could thank You is to be faithful and obedient, so I may be even more deserving of a fruitful rewarding life with You. Praying for Your magnificence to show up in my life daily.
