Prayer Journal
6/28/20

Dear Father,

A simple prayer today, but it is ever so important that I achieve my secular goals so I may be a shining beacon for you. Reward me with a fruitful life, dear Lord.

Matthew 13:23
But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.

Make me prosper. Manifest Your powerful image of my art career in a visionary scale. Throw me into the reckoning by renown art collectors and major industry players, who will collect and make my art globally visible. May I be allotted with lifetime achievement recognition with important museums and global institutions too – hopefully while I can still enjoy it – not when I am gone.

Psalm 71:21
You will increase my greatness and comfort me again.

Do not give me any dishonest trials where I may be tempted with greed. Please take those elements out of my life for good. Banish them from my journey and from the lives of people around me.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

Give me stamina to outlast all my opponents. Award me with the endurance that would perfect my skills. Allow me the stages where I may easily shine, without needing to try too hard. Bestow me with patience and grace that I may also be steady when no attention is given to me. When nobody is watching, make me the perfect model of someone who brings glory to You.

Jeremiah 33:3
Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.

Allow me to find a simple way to work hard and be blessed with unparalleled market demands.

Proverbs 1:7
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge; fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Give me the time and energy to respond to all opportunities without pain nor obstacles. Prepare me to load my offerings onto the train every single time it stops in my station. Let me know when it is okay to stop and rest. Bless me with equanimity and equilibrium.

Amen.
